6. 提交你的 final official Delaware high school transcript or Delaware State Board of Education Endorsement Secondary Credential (GED) to a campus 招生 Office to confirm your 种子 eligibility. The 种子 scholarship will not be not paid without confirmation of an eligible cumulative GPA or GED test score.
7. Submit documentation of eligibility for 州内居住.
8. Students who are 25 years of 年龄 or older must demonstrate they have been a continuous Delaware resident for the last five years.
   • Provide documentation that establishes you have been a Delaware resident for at least five consecutive years prior to the date of enrollment. Documentation of residency can be established by submitting of one of the following documents from five years prior (for example, 如果在2024年申请, 请提交2019年纳税信息):
   • Delaware Resident Income Tax Form
   • 特拉华州水电费
   • Fully executed lease, HUD-1 settlement 状态ment, or deed
   • Bank 状态ments bearing a Delaware address (other than a post office box)
   • Documents confirming the receipt of any type of social service assistance from the State of Delaware (i.e. WIC benefits, food stamps, Medicaid, etc.)
   • IRS Form W-2 showing payment of Delaware income taxes or Delaware 状态 income tax return
   • A Delaware driver's license or Delaware identification card can also be used if it was issued more than 5 years prior to the date of enrollment.
9. Enroll in at least 12 credit hours for the first semester (associate degree students only).

You will receive notification of your preliminary 种子 award once you submit the 入学申请 with the date of your Delaware high school graduation or Delaware GED completion and complete the FAFSA. Your 种子 scholarship will be verified once your final official high school transcript is received showing a final cumulative grade point aver年龄 (GPA) of 2.5 or higher (GPA requirement applies to associate degree students only). Students who are 25 or older also will be required to provide documentation of residency before the scholarship is verified.

Workforce Development Certificate students should apply for the 种子 scholarship for an eligible Workforce Development program by completing the 种子的应用程序. Programs must be at least 100 hours in length and lead to a recognized academic credential. 学生必须:

3. Certify that they do not have any violent felony convictions and meet all other 种子 eligibility requirements.

Applicants are also required to use any other financial aid, 学费减免, or third-party payments before the 种子 scholarship is applied.
